Top Patch is warranted last a minimum of 3 years or the lifespan of the road it is installed in, whichever is less.

• Remedies: The product will be replaced with Top Patch kits in equal quantities of product that is determined to be defective, at no cost to the original purchaser. Labor & shipping, and packing are not included, Replacement will be shipped as normal production timeframe similar to other current Top Patch orders. Top Patch must be purchased from an authorized dealer/ distributor / manufacturer rep.

Conditions of Warranty:

• The manufacturer is the sole judge that the product was installed and mixed per the manufacturer’s instructions
• Top Patch warranty will be replaced at the same location one-time, additional submissions will not be reviewed or covered.
• The customer must send pictures/videos, and, if requested sample material to manufacture at no cost to the manufacturer
• Small surface cracks (less than 5 mm wide) & minor deflections are not covered by warranty
• The product must be installed & mixed per the manufacturer’s instructions
• The product must be installed within 18 months after the purchase date
• Top Patch has been extensively tested at different types of racetracks with excellent results. The main reason for this success is that these tracks prepare the areas properly as well as follow the mixing and installation instructions. Your success will also be based upon following directions and prepping the base / sub-base properly.
• Adding products that are not included in the Top Patch kit to the pre-mix or Top Patch mixture will void the warranty.
• All included ingredients must be used per instructions
• Damages from equipment/vehicles that would not normally be permitted on the paved area is not covered (i.e, damage to Top Patch from bulldozer or other heavy equipment not normally allowed on the road.
• Damage to or installation of Top Patch into a sinkhole(s) is not warranted
• Warranty voided if base or sub-base is not sufficiently strong, or if base / sub-base fails
• If you are unsure whether Top Patch will adhere, we strongly recommend doing a test and verifying results 24 hours later.
• Top Patch has been tested to perform at temperatures as high as 95° F and as low as 20° F. We expect Top Patch will perform as normal at higher and lower temperatures, (approximately 10° F higher or lower, however, we cannot warranty as it has yet to be tested.
• Top Patch has different formulations based upon aggregates: Standard, Super Duty, Racetrack, Quad X – using the wrong formulation that results in undesired results is not covered by this warranty.
• IMPORTANT: lime and/ or phosphorus or the presence of effervescence, is not warrantied
